The Opportunity
Nutanix Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI) is seeking an experienced Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist to support immigration, relocation, mobility, and compliance programs, with primary responsibility for the Middle East region and support across EMEA and APAC.
Based in the UAE, this role serves as a regional subject matter expert and trusted advisor, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, employees, and external vendors to deliver compliant, efficient, and employee-focused mobility solutions that support business and talent needs.
This role reports to the Senior Global Mobility & Immigration Manager.

Your Role
Mobility & Immigration Support
- Serve as the primary mobility and immigration contact for the Middle East region, supporting mobility activities across EMEA and APAC.
- Advise HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and employees on immigration, relocation, and mobility processes and policies.
- Assess immigration sponsorship and mobility options for new hires and employee transfers with input of external immigration counsel
- Provide guidance on visa, work authorization, residency, and employment compliance requirements.
- Support employees throughout the mobility lifecycle, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Program Administration & Compliance
- Administer immigration, relocation, and mobility programs in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate immigration records and employee documentation within HR systems.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure compliance with immigration, employment, payroll, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits, reporting, policy administration, and compliance tracking activities.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to support workforce mobility needs.
- Coordinate with immigration counsel, relocation providers, tax advisors, and other service providers to facilitate timely and compliant case management.
- Monitor case progress, manage escalations, and support resolution of complex mobility matters.
- Deliver high-quality service to employees, managers, and stakeholders throughout the mobility process.
Process Improvement & Program Support
- Identify opportunities to improve mobility and immigration processes, documentation, and service delivery.
- Support policy updates, program enhancements, and mobility-related projects.
- Analyze trends and operational metrics to help improve program effectiveness, compliance, and employee experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing administration and continuous improvement of Nutanix's global mobility and immigration programs.
What You Will Bring
The ideal candidate is a self-driven, results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. They demonstrate sound judgment, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and appropriately escalate risks or issues to the Senior Global Mobility & Immigration Manager before they impact business operations, employee experience, or compliance.
- Experience & Regional Expertise: 7+ years of progressive experience in global mobility, immigration, and relocation program management, with demonstrated expertise in the Middle East region alongside working knowledge of EMEA and APAC processes.
- Compliance & Case Management: Strong knowledge of immigration, relocation, and cross-border employment compliance, with a proven ability to manage complex mobility cases and navigate changing regulations.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Proven experience advising and partnering with cross-functional teams in a multinational organization, alongside strong external vendor management and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptability & Execution: Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle complex problem-solving, and adapt effectively to changing business needs within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented global environment.
- Core Skills: Outstanding analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication capabilities.

On Site: This role is based on-site, offering the opportunity to collaborate face-to-face with team members in a dynamic and engaging work environment.
